- Fair terms, so the money reaches the people who made the piece.
02What the listing promises
- Colour
- Photographed in natural light. Screens vary slightly; that is the only variation there should be.
- Size
- Measured from the actual garment, in inches and centimetres — not a generic national chart.
- Fabric
- Cotton, silk, georgette, crepe, all from certified suppliers. If the page says silk, it is silk.
03The eight checks before dispatch
- Every piece, by hand
- Fabric matches the description.
- No loose threads or stitching defects.
- Colour matches the photograph.
- Correct sizing, against our size guide.
- Embroidery and embellishments secure.
- Zips, buttons and hooks all work.
- No stains or storage damage.
- Pressed and presented properly.
- Nothing passes through unopened
- No supplier parcel reaches the shop floor without being checked first.

- A genuine size issue or damage is covered by the cancellation, return & exchange policy, which holds the windows and how the refund is paid.
